Supervised and led over 127 staff members, responsible for over $500,000 in real property, managed over $42,000 budget for expendable and nonexpendable supplies and equipment, service as a liaison between the facility and all stakeholders.

Taught, coached, and mentored over five hundred young leaders and four Instructors. Taught over 26 leadership classes: effective communication to Leadership traits to counseling subordinates and everything in between. Planned and conducted all formal graduations for the academy.
