Significant representations include:- Representing a plaintiff in a high-profile personal injury claim against a franchisee of a prominent American fast food restaurant chain.- Representing numerous employees in their discrimination, sexual harassment, and whistleblower claims against large employers.- Served as GC, in defense of a Philadelphia home health care agency charged by state prosecutors with having committed Medicaid fraud in excess of $2MM. - Successfully negotiated a favorable payoff of a seven-figure wage and hour claim brought by the PA Department of Labor & Industry that came as a result of a yearlong investigation for unpaid wages and failure to pay overtime to approximately 1,100 employees. Assisted in the successful mediation of a seven-figure wage and hour class action lawsuit including alleged violations of WARN ACT in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.- Successfully represented Philadelphia landlords throughout the eviction process as well as employees who have been wrongfully denied UC benefits, throughout the appellate process.
