Concentrating in the areas of Labor & Employment, Business Litigation, Personal Injury, and Criminal Defense. Significant representations include:- Representing a plaintiff in a high-profile personal injury claim against a franchisee of a prominent American fast food restaurant chain.- Representing numerous employees in their discrimination, sexual harassment, and whistleblower claims against large employers.- Served as GC, in defense of a Philadelphia home health care agency charged by state prosecutors with having committed Medicaid fraud in excess of $2MM. - Successfully negotiated a favorable payoff of a seven-figure wage and hour claim brought by the PA Department of Labor & Industry that came as a result of a yearlong investigation for unpaid wages and failure to pay overtime to approximately 1,100 employees. Assisted in the successful mediation of a seven-figure wage and hour class action lawsuit including alleged violations of WARN ACT in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.- Successfully represented Philadelphia landlords throughout the eviction process as well as employees who have been wrongfully denied UC benefits, throughout the appellate process.

Conducted hundreds of preliminary hearings throughout the county, which included burglary, drug offenses, felony theft, domestic violence, and aggravated assault charges. Prosecuted numerous contempt matters, such as PFA's and non-support. Drafted and argued appellate briefs before the Court of Common Pleas; notably, reversing a district court’s decision to dismiss drug possession charges pursuant to a statutory procedural violation. Interviewed and counseled victims and witnesses in preparation for trial. Provided counsel to investigators on economic crime investigations. Reviewed criminal complaints, court orders, and PC affidavits; discussed criminal complaints with police officers and accepted or rejected charges. Prepared, reviewed, and litigated misdemeanor and felony cases involving juvenile respondents.

Participated in all aspects of civil and criminal litigation, such as preparing pre-argument memoranda, reviewing trial records, researching, editing and evaluating legal analyses. Organized and managed court dates, motion calendar, and case monitoring. Assumed wide-ranging case intake responsibilities and client follow-up.
