The objective of FinnovateQ is to ignite “Learning and Sharing” where “Quiz” is incidental and “Knowledge” is integral.Our extensive experience in Banking & Financial services across People, Process, Technology and Customer Xperience (Banking.pptx) has equipped us to build a ‘rich content bank’. The content bank, while serving as a reservoir of programme content, is also constantly updated, upgraded and up-tuned to remain relevant and interesting at any point of time. Every FinnovateQ programme is tailor-made to suit the specific interest of the audience keeping in mind its profile, size, structure and distribution. FinnovateQ serves as a solution accelerator to build customizable quiz programmes with rapid delivery schedules while embracing multiple formats, flexible rules and appropriate personalisation.

Inspired by the title of the Book -“What they don’t teach you in Harvard Business School” by Mark H. McCormack, I am endeavouring to prepare the students to become more worldly wise on the subject of New Age Banking - Bank Management Strategies. Preparing students to face their placement interviews.

Krish has over 40 years’ experience in Banking, IT/BPS, Consulting and Competency enrichment and has held several senior management positions in Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and ANZ Grindlays Bank (now SCB). Krish's last position at ANZ was Director–Operations - Corporate Transaction Services. After a rewarding career with ANZ, Krish was with Tata Consultancy Services and the last role performed by him was that of Global Head & Vice President Banking Industry Practice. Krish provides ACT (Advisory, Consulting & Training) services to IT companies, BPS organizations and academic / professional institutions. He has conceived, designed & delivered multiple programmes in the BFS space for Corporates and B schools. His latest offering of New Age Banking for B Schools has been one of the most sought after electives for the last few years. Krish is also a member of the Board of Studies at Thiagarajar School of Management, Madurai and a regular visiting faculty there and few other B schools as well.

After a successful career in banking, Knishnan (Krish) also had an equally rewarding career with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Having joined the company as a Senior Consultant in 2001, he was elevated as a Principal Consultant within a year and subsequently as Vice President Banking Industry Practice. He strongly believed in the need for a very high level of “KYCC (Know Your Customers’ customer)” culture in a domain focused consulting organization like and remains committed to this philosophy. Krish's role in TCS involved active interactions with both Board / CxO level and also senior / middle management of global banks and contributed towards building a distinct brand and providing Thought Leadership & accelerated solutions embedded with futuristic outlook / vision. Krish played active role in gaining customer mind-share through multiple platforms like face-to-face meetings, seminars, webinars, innovation days, workshops, round tables and industry forums.Krish has also been part of various “Think” and “Co-Think” teams of TCS as well as various client organizations.Krish regularly participated in multiple consulting exercises in banking as a leader, advisor and member of various consulting teams.Krish was also responsible for embedding business domain knowledge, competency and business analysts’ skills / capabilities. Krish had introduced a number of innovative learning & development programmes that blended conventional knowledge-sharing, and learning with fun.

Has held various senior management positions with leading organizations including ANZ Grindlays Bank (now Standard Chartered Bank). The last position Krish held in the erstwhile ANZ Grindlays Bank was Director – Operations (Transaction Services). Earlier to this, he was also on a secondment to the Technology unit of the bank where he headed the Business Analysis unit that managed multiple projects on behalf of the various business units.
