I architected, developed, and led performance testing to transform the legacy authentication system for Royal Caribbean, creating a modernized ForgeRock-based identity solution. The solution included multi-master replication of user profiles from the AWS cloud to the ships using built-in replication methods and Identity Manager-based live sync, enhancing user experiences across the global fleet. My expertise includes designing user journeys using legacy authentication modules, nodes and trees, and configuring Directory Services and Access Manager for comprehensive IAM solutions.My core expertise spans Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). I am proficient in OpenID, OAuth, SAML, and XACML and skilled in Java, Groovy, and other scripting languages.
