Built a team and developed an internal application which has now been transformed into a Speridian product. The application covers the entire organization requirements from employee pre-engagement to retirement. The application’s project module comprises onboarding to closure and includes billing and integration with external apps like SharePoint, Online QB, Redmine, Teams etc. This application caters to the requirements of various stakeholders like Employee, HR, Project Manager, ITS, Accounts and Management.Have successfully completed three post-merger integrations and is currently working on the fourth. PMO has evolved into a global role catering to various geographies and leaders encompassing project and sales governance. Implemented delivery process, introduced checks for on-time delivery, invoicing, utilization of resources and conceived various MIS reports.

Created an application which has become the game changer for project governance review at Speridian. This application encompasses all project management components like project governance plans, delivery schedules, KPIs, status reports, client contracts and delivery documents, timesheets, risks and issues and project P&L which enable faster and more effective reviews across geographies. This tool impacted a positive turnaround of project delivery performance, productivity, resource planning and utilization thus giving significant inputs to the top management in strategizing and business planning.Envisioned an end-to-end internal application to bring standalone applications of various stakeholders under one robust umbrella. It is a transformation program which involves heterogeneous technologies, geographically and culturally diverse teams with different customer centric processes. Built a core enterprise apps team for deployment and smooth roll out of this program.

Responsible for entire operations of Rain Concert Technologies (P) Ltd, a NASSCOM award winning IT organization with close to 100 employees. Responsibilities included creating value, maximizing growth, improving business performance, establishing systems and processes in Finance, MIS, HR, Admin and projects. Spearheaded closure of a high value project involving multinational partners and external stake holders.

Profit centre head of Trivandrum branch, marketing commercial vehicles of TATA Motors. Turned around the branch to a profit making unit with consistent growth in top line and bottom line. Implemented and streamlined systems and processes (Customer Relationship Management, Customer Satisfaction Index, ISO compliance) for standardizing corporate practices. Managed a team of 30 and was responsible for products ranging from 4 seaters to 60 seater buses and 750kg to 40-ton capacity trucks.

Responsible for the branch sales at Quriyat Branch, Sultanate of Oman for Toyota range of passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Held additional responsibility of monitoring ISO Implementation in the branch. Marketing and branch co-ordination of commercial vehicles in six branches during the first year at Oman. Job profile included travel to all branches, meeting customers with sales executives, reporting to Head (Sales).

Sales and marketing in Trivandrum and Kollam districts and supervision of a team of 7 Sales Officers for marketing TATA commercial vehicles. Responsibilities included evolving marketing strategies, setting and achieving targets, business planning, forecasting, designing and implementing sales promotion activities, Government and corporate sales, and above all customer relationship building.

Started off with market study and sales in Pathanamthitta district. Contributed to the development of market share of TATA commercial vehicles in the district.Transferred to Trivandrum in the year 2000. Instrumental in setting up a full-fledged service centre at Pallichal, Trivandrum and a sales office in the city. Overall charge of Trivandrum and Kollam districts and supervision of a team of Sales Officers for marketing Commercial vehicles of TATA Motors.
