Deployment of the neobank’s business processes based on the JM IT’s Banking-as-a-Service Solution:• Led the elaboration of 19 E2E business processes of the neobank EIGHTPAY based on the JM IT’s Banking-as-a-Service Solution;• Managed the mixed deployment cohort composed of the CTO of EIGHTPAY and JM IT's executives (CPO of Onboarding, PO of Processing and Head of Dev team);• Launched the full operational cycle of E2E business processes on the test Mbanq’s testing environment.Development of the EIGHTPAY’s Website:• In less than 2 months establish the concept of EIGHTPAY's website with adherence of the Customer Journey Map of a potential neobank’s client;• Piloted the deployment of the site concept mutually with the web developer and UI/UX designer;• Configured an API between forms to be filled out on the website and back-office solution.

Сost cutting and improving the efficiency of the Bank’s business processes:- Elaborated recommendations to automate 23 business processes of the Operations Department (Quick wins, RPA, OCR, short-term refinement) with cumulative effect of 18 FTE;- Managed 13 Lean-sessions to optimize end-to-end bank's processes (1-2 full days per session, ~30 persons on each) with cumulative effect of 35 FTE and 600 000$.Development of Lean manufacturing in the Operations Department:- Conducted a course of 5 lections “Fundamentals of Lean Manufacturing”. Trained ~250 bank's employees;- Supervised the implementation of Lean-projects in the Operations Department with cumulative effect of 20 FTEand 150 000$;- Led the Community of 500 Lean-leaders (project-owners) of the Operations Department.Implementation of the Bank's Business Process Model:- Administered the project of implementation of the Bank's end-to-end Business Process Model managed by the Big-4 consulting firm;- Managed the decomposition of 2 Bank's end-to-end business processes:• Identified current and potential drivers, KPI and SLA of the process (AS IS and TO BE);• Allocated direct costs of stages of end-to-end processes.

Сost cutting and improving the efficiency of the Operations Department’s current processes of the BankTop-3 in Russia:- Developed of the Requirements Specification for the RPA platform for making a shortlist;- Analysed the effect in FTE of initiatives of robotisation, automation and quick wins using the functional-role model ofthe project;- Participated in the motion and time study of processes during a business trip to the Bank’s regional operating office;- Took part in organization of Lean-sessions for employees of the Bank’s operating office.

Benchmarking of the Bank Top-3 in Russian Federation:- Scaled key operational efficiency indicators of the Bank;- Analysed the performance of the largest Russian banks by visiting them and reviewing annual and financialstatements;- Standardised time indicator of business processes of the Operations Department to obtain the market benchmark.

- Assisted the deputy head of the financial monitoring department in compiling reports on former clients;- Make a research relating to the Russia Sanctions Review Act of 2017 on how it could affect Russian economy and market.
