-Co-founded the company by overseeing all investment/asset management activities, increasing the company's AUM from 0 to $900M+ over a span of 7 years, growing the team from 2 to 25 employees, and producing solid investor returns on full-cycle investments.-Showcased an empowering, solutions-oriented leadership style by guiding a dynamic team of a Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer, Chief Asset Management Officer, Chief Development Officer, and VP of Capital Markets.-Strengthened investor relations by advising on capital raising efforts, speaking at conferences/webinars, and authoring quarterly investor letters highlighting asset performance.-Orchestrated the development and acquisition of 26 senior housing communities in 14 states, totaling 3200+ beds and 5000+ employees.-Guided the capital markets team toward raising $250M+ from the retail broker-dealer community, RIAs, and high-net-worth investors for Bourne Financial Group's investment funds.-Facilitated $650M in financing for senior housing development/acquisitions, including senior debt, mezzanine financing, construction loans, agency financing, and alternative construction financing.

-Orchestrated the development and acquisition of 26 senior housing communities in 14 states, totaling 3200+ beds and 5000+ employees.-Achieved a 33% IRR for investors on the first fund (Bourne Seniors Housing I, LLC) of 3 senior housing communities in WA.-Acquired a seniors housing community in East Stroudsburg, PA in 2016 for $8.75M and sold in 2018 for $15M.-Guided the capital markets team toward raising $250M+ from the retail broker-dealer community, RIAs, and high-net-worth investors for Bourne Financial Group's investment funds.-Facilitated $650M in financing for senior housing development/acquisitions, including senior debt, mezzanine financing, construction loans, agency financing, and alternative construction financing.

•Co-founded the new management company to take over most of Bourne Financial Group's seniors housing assets.•Collaborated with company leadership to introduce EOS (Traction) at company launch, detailing core values, marketing strategy, short- and long-term financial targets, and overall vision.•Assumed leadership and management of 2 communities in August 2021, located in TN and AR.

Founded an import/export business specializing in retail and wholesale jewelry from China and other Asian countries.
