We have developed a scalable methodology that increases the chances of our investments succeeding and we make active investments in seed stage opportunities. Consequently, 48.85% of our startups are succeeding.We co-invest alongside Angel syndicates and fund managers to partner with accelerators and incubators. Through this "Cofoundery", we discover and mentor entrepreneurial talent and opportunity. My role was Product Owner is to:- Work with the Founder and Growth Consultant to identify market needs.- Own an overall vision for the Product.- Communicate with all key stakeholders to achieve the Product's goal.- Drive iteration goals and iteration content via prioritised stories for the development team.- Define the Product Backlog and create actionable user stories for the development team.- Accept the completed user stories to make sure the work fulfils the criteria.
