My professional trajectory began at Ford Argentina, where I was part of the team responsible for designing and implementing the Global Lean Manufacturing initiative. I obtained certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt and played a fundamental role in the quality team. At Yazaki, a Japanese company that supplies Toyota, I gained practical training in TPS initiatives, allowing me to deeply understand its origins, daily application, and associated benefits.Leading and managing diverse teams, I successfully implemented improvements and increased efficiency in both family-owned and national and international companies. I believe that defining and controlling standardized routines, both in production activities and in supporting production operators and administrative tasks, are key to effectively managing workgroups.As an Independent Consultant, certified by INTI, I learned to identify and address business needs in various sectors and cultures, thus contributing to improving process efficiency and productivity. My adaptability allows me to work flexibly in different productive environments, quickly identifying needs and improving with available resources.My main strength lies in leading teams with different objectives within the organization, working closely with workers in the workplace to find the best way to align their daily tasks with the company's global objectives. Since early 2023, I have been working in Spain applying my experience in business management consulting, providing support to change projects in service and production process companies.
