~ Senior for the enterprise system which supported numerous Windows servers, desktop systems, NetApp and HP Storage Area Network (SAN) systems, Cisco Fiber Channel switches as well as administered the enterprise implementation of the VMware virtual environment for the Advanced Weapons Laboratory (AWL) at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) at China Lake, CA.~ Documented processes/procedures as outlined within existing Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs). Ensured IA compliance for various infrastructure platforms, operating systems and supporting applications. ~ Responsible for all of the electronic and network systems, their operation and long-term sustainment. Developed the required calibration equipment and test procedures for the networks, performing and evaluating all system calibrations and required performance testing. Reported all findings from system analysis and developed archives for the test data. The analysis required complex calculations and manipulations of test data, which was used to improve the performance of network systems. Responsible for maintaining the required instrumentation, measurement standards, techniques, and procedures for several systems under development and operation.~Expertise in high voltage power system design, layout, assembly, installation, testing and maintenance of all single and 3-Phase power, for all commercial applications.~Extensive experience with troubleshooting, analyzing and diagnosing faults in operational electronic systems and equipment. Including circuit wiring, cable diagram logic, system drawings and specifications, and schematics for complete operational systems. Detailed understanding of the function and interconnections for numerous operational assembly types and responsible for troubleshooting the systems.
