Attached to the Group CTO, I'm the central interlocutor of the Sales and Legal teams on Prodware internal compliancy subjects. I set up, alongside the data security officer (CISO), the Quality management system (QMS) with focus on Data and Process Management gouvernance. As a Certified organization, my mission is to improve our Quality requirements in term of Security and Compliancy - ISO9001/ISO27001/NIS2.I am also, as Data Protection Officer, the local coordinator for France at Prodware Group.

Attached to the management in conjunction with the other entities of the group, I am in charge of the R&D work of the Edition projects of the different Prodware divisions.My tasks are multiple in this mission:I participate in the specifications of the software systems as well as in certain prototyping within the teams. (Agile Development).I help to maintain a specific documentary and archiving system of technical R&D documentation of the various software products and Apps designed in France (DevOps).I lead the collection and writing of the documentation necessary to support these prototypes and the technologies handled (QMS).I coordinate certain Corp projects at the operational level as PMO.

At the heart of the expertise center called « pôle d’expertise Solutions Métiers » of the Prodware Company (http://www.prodware.fr).I’m in charge of the software development management of a new software suite called Sustainability Manager Suite (SMS).This software relies on the Microsoft SharePoint 2010-2013 technology.I’m managing all the works of the R&D processes of this SMS solution as well as the global software engineering process within the company for this specific product line.This Software Suite is sold under the product line called « Prodware Adjust – Innovative Solutions ». SMS has been designed to answer the Sustainability Report management issues in term of collecting collaborative information within companies. The aim of the collecting information is to compile an annual report that copes with all regulations and standards in place.In France, for example, since the French "le Grenelle 2 de l’environnement", the sustainability report is mandatory for companies that have 500 employees and more. SMS is dedicated to companies that want to gain some benefits of their enterprise computing. (SMS is connectable to ERPs that Prodware recommends).SMS is available in several languages and :Helps to consolidate sustainable report.Involves employees in the collecting information process.Integrates sectorial indicators and standard repositories such GRI, Global Compact ans ISO26000.Sustainability Manager Suite is now available as PAAS Azure platform.We are currently looking for some partnerships for our mid-market business.
