Launched at TechCrunch Disrupt Battlefield on Sep 10, 2013, Bitcovery is a mobile and Web-based app to enable social discovery of apps, games, music, books, and more. Bitcovery raised $775,000 and was accepted into Tandem Capital Mobile Accelerator and Plug and Play Retail Accelerator. Bitcovery failed to achieve Social Calendar-like traction with users.

Came to @WalmartLabs via the Social Calendar acquisition. Worked on integration of Social Calendar with other Walmart businesses and technologies around gifting. Gifting is a $300B a year market in USA.

The original birthday and holiday reminder app on Facebook which proved the power of birthday reminders. At peak, it was #19 ranked app on Facebook with over 16 million total users and 4.5 million monthly active users. Raised seed round of over $1.5 million from angels and Hallmark Cards Inc. Social Calendar was acquired by Walmart in March 2012.- Created and launched Social Calendar 1.0 using php and MySQL.- Used Facebook advertising to acquire initial seed users at CAC of $0.25 per signup. - Leveraged viral loop in the app to accelerate user growth to over 100,000 new signups per day!- Received strategic investment from and partnered with Hallmark Cards Inc. to create Hallmark-branded content for Social Calendar users on Facebook.- Struck deals with 1-800-Flowers, Appssavvy, Starbucks, Jimmy Fallon Show, Twilight Saga movies, A&E and History channels, and many other brands resulting in 100's of thousands of dollars in advertising revenue.

Started as BillPay and Password Assistant, Billeo now also offers assistants for Shopping and Offers. Billeo raised over $4 million in seed and Series A rounds and $11 million in Series B from Altos Ventures, Claremont Creek Ventures, and ATA Ventures. Visa and American Express are among its customers.

Co-founded and grew Assigncorp, an Internet, e-Commerce and wireless consulting company, from $0 in Jan 1998 to $3.3 million in Dec 2000. For business development, I used the strategy of partnering with interactive agencies such as Organic, Modem Media and USWeb/CKS. Worked on large e-commerce projects for Sony PlayStation, now-defunct National Airlines and Blockbuster.com. Assigncorp continues to have an annual revenue of over $10 million as of 2011.

Authored a book called Power Programming with Gupta SQLWindows. Published by Prentice Hall and shipped with each copy of the product.

Worked on POSIX implementation on HP's proprietary OS called MPE.
