As a Junior Construction Manager at Avirat Enterprise Pvt. Ltd, I contributed to the successful completion of multiple residential and commercial projects in Pune, India, from August 2022 to June 2023. I worked with the senior managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to plan, coordinate, monitor, and control the construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. I also applied my skills in AutoCAD, STAAD-Pro, and Primavera P6 to create and update designs, drawings, schedules, and reports. Before joining Avirat, I gained valuable experience as a Trainee Engineer at the same company for two years, and as an Intern at Pune Prizm Construction Management Private Limited for seven months. I learned the fundamentals of civil engineering, project management, and construction technology, and participated in various site visits, surveys, and inspections. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Arizona State University, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in engineering, management, and industrial systems. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from G.H.Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur, India, where I graduated in May 2020. My core competencies include project planning, coordination, monitoring, and control, design and analysis, quality and safety management, communication and teamwork, and problem-solving and decision-making.
