As a highly qualified senior health and safety professional with experience across Canada, US, Asia, Africa, Europe, South America and Australia, I’ve driven simple, cost effective operational improvements to ensure staff return home at the end of their shift. My experience spans safety diagnostics, strategy development, systems design, program delivery and change management in the manufacturing, mining, energy and engineering services including high-risk industries. I also bring extensive experience in leading fatality and serious incident investigations including the identification of systemic learnings designed to avoid the recurrence of incidents.
