Oversaw, as founding managing partner, Johnson Lambert's accounting, auditing, outsourcing, survey research and technology consulting practices. Johnson Lambert, a large public accounting firm which has specialized in insurance accounting since its inception in 1986, currently serves over 500 commercial insurers, captives, risk retention groups and public entity risk pools from eight locations and 170+staff nationwide.

For 18 years through 1986 associated with Ernst & Whinney. Admitted to partnership in 1978, named partner in charge of accounting and auditing for its Washington, D.C. practice in 1980 and served as Mid-Atlantic Regional Director of insurance services.
