As a Director of Information Management at U.S. Xpress, I was the lead architect of an XPE product that allowed drivers to use GPS tags and intelligent routing to automate key business processes and, in turn, allow U.S. Xpress to streamline the time drivers spent on the field and bill accurately for any hold-ups from external vendors.As a Director of IT for OrthoBanc LLC, I managed a team of 30+ staff across four departments to deliver the first Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI/DSS) audit for the business and improve the reliability and uptime of our tech stack by transitioning to a private, cloud-based datacenter. In 2020, I spearheaded the merger between OrthoBanc and OrthoFi by initially interviewing potential buyers and, later, leading the strategic development of a new technical roadmap.
