Prepared and analysed business reporting for key operational data decision making. This includes weekly operational analysis of the School's courses, offerings and learner demographics. Worked in BI Tools such as IBM Cognos and the School's integrated learning management system (ILMS). I have organized over 20 conferences and special events for internal and external clients since beginning in August 2009. This includes the coordination of logistics for multiple concurrent events, negotiating goods and services such as hospitality, consultants, venue needs, marketing materials and speaker fees. As well as developing the project management approach with the client and ensuring all deadlines and needs are met for the successful delivery of their events.

This is a volunteer position with inNOVO, the Canada School of Public Service's Young Professionals Network. As communication officer for inNOVO I draft and coordinate correspondence to our members, seek promotional opportunities and develop inNOVO promotional products, promote inNOVO activities which range from learning events, seminars, fundraisers and socials.
