Accelerated on boarding of account managers and systems engineers in the Content Management & Archiving (CMA) BU by streamlining the basic online training curriculum, integrating individual and group mentor programs, and hosting weekly field communications and competitive field briefings to keep sales skills current. Grew the just-in-time learning resources for the field by introducing podcasts to the curriculum, resulting in the addition of 16+ industry specific topics in the first 6 months. Partnered with regional VPs and sales directors to validate content and improve team productivity and leadership effectiveness.

Responsible for OD & Communications for EMC's Software division.Led a successful "Goals Online" system implementation for 4000+ managers and employees within 8 weeks. Contracted by business leaders to design and deliver custom workshops to improve team accountability, communications, and productivity. Hosted divisional (virtual) meetings and new hire orientation sessions and managed the facilities and offerings of professional and leadership skills training for the west coast. Created a 90 day success template of critical learning activities for incoming staff, and added critical workforce management system training to improve the on-boarding experience of managers from acquired companies.

Assessed and defined competencies for product managers, services VPs, and other key job roles and developed learning interventions to elevate team and organization performance. Led communications and HR staff preparations for the annual performance management cycle, launched a virtual team success program that increased utilization of web conferencing tools by 65% (a good thing since licensing was a flat annual rate) and enhanced the learning infrastructure and systems to enable PeopleSoft University to receive a 4th place ASTD BEST award of the top 100 companies honored by that organization.

Designed & delivered custom technical training to customers and partners in the field, and then created the vision and strategy for the technical instructor team at PeopleSoft University who served the needs of consulting and engineering groups. Contributed to the progressive growth of e-learning solutions. Created and staffed the Advanced Technical Education group which brought in $2M in new revenue within the first 12 months. Consulted with field education services managers to address course quality and delivery issues; gather feedback and plan improvements to the curriculum for ongoing releases.
