● Traveled across the country producing client testimonials; created approximately 25 testimonials from clients; used testimonials as company sales materials online and as digital files for distribution for 3 years.● Directed a live 3-camera broadcast each month and live stream of company wide presentations to celebrate the Muzak 75th anniversary; had live performances of music of the period; managed a 3-person team that produced branded content packages for seven decades leading up to the 75th anniversary celebration.● Produced the documentary of the annual Muzak Heart and Soul Foundation summer camp 3 years in a row; 3 person team shot, edit and produced a 15-minute documentary that was used as marketing and recruiting materials.

● Updated all studios with matching, streamlined equipment; increased engineer morale and increased production output from 18-20 to 24 orders per day per engineer; studios were featured in Argosy consoles marketing materials for studio design. ● Managed three supervisors, 16 production/voicing engineers, three copywriters and 30+ local and remote voiceover talent professionals.● Overall focus was for multiple production and recording studios that voiced 1.1K spots daily; over 4K productions created monthly.● Developed department training curriculum; created development initiatives; ensured production QC objectives were achieved. ● Directly accountable for department and voiceover talent payroll and all department personnel functions.
