Top Producer Award & MVP Q3 2020• Averaged a high volume of offers per month – 19 monthly on average• Full cycle recruiting—working an average of 10 req’s at once with 10-35 openings on each requisition• Primarily source on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter• Manage 10+ active pipelines with over 100 applicants a day total• Schedule and conduct phone screens, coach candidates on interview prep, schedule interviews, pre close, send out offer letter• Work as a partner with hiring managers, conducting RSM to align managers expectations • Update ATS System and candidate tracking mechanisms daily • A part of the internal ATS product development team: super user of internal ATS• Meet with UI/UX, Product, to improve and develop our own ATS functions• Project manager for ATS Sourcing Project: teaching our internal recruiters best practices for souring in our database• Participated in ATS Template Project and ATS Manager-on-the-Go project
