As a Team Manager for Entrepreneurial Advice, I lead a team of 31 entrepreneurial advisors, responsible for providing guidance to entrepreneurs throughout the Netherlands. My role involves fostering regional collaboration with other organizations in the ecosystem and creating added value for the entrepreneurs advised by the Chamber of Commerce (KVK).As a team leader, I closely collaborate with my team to support them during periods of change and promote a culture of adaptability and innovation. Given the rapid changes in the entrepreneurial landscape and the ongoing agile transformation of the KVK, both the organization and the team face various challenges. I worked as an instructor at the Faculty of Geosciences (Department of Human Geography and Planning). In this role, I deliver a diverse range of courses in undergraduate education, encompassing both methodological topics and substantive subjects such as urban geography and economic geography. I have successfully completed the Basic Qualification in Education (BKO) course at COLUU, further enhancing my teaching skills.Beyond my teaching responsibilities, I actively contribute to the coordination of multiple courses, provide guidance as a tutor, and serve as a member of the undergraduate board for the Social Geography and Planning program. During my internship at ERAC, I had the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects. These included assisting in the writing and development of an ESF/EFRO grant application for Amsterdam Zuidoost, aimed at supporting individuals facing barriers to employment.
