Virtual Security Manager
Current- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, advocating for their needs.- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including SOC analysts, to improve managed security services and projects.- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance cyber maturity.- Stay updated on security trends and lead efforts to address critical vulnerabilities.- Conduct regular customer meetings for Incidents, Assurance report, and MITRE gap analysis walk-throughs.- Generate monthly Security Assurance Reporting.- Provide and track updates on ongoing and planned work.- Coordinate between SOC and customers to refine detection rules and reduce false positives.- Security review of BAU changes, and reviewing incident response plans.- Manage risk registers and track exemptions.- Support external audits - Security reviews of non-standard software.- Promote and recommend security controls.- Weekly Incident reviews
