Supporting the development of CRISPR/Cas9 based therapeutics through the design and implementation of computational tools and analyses, as well as program leadership for our cell therapy division.

I worked collaboratively with biopharma partners to perform system biology analyses of clinical trial datasets including processing of 'omics data, biomarker development using machine learning, and presenting results to clients.

• Built predictive statistical models correlating prostate cancer phosphoproteome activity to the effect of targeted inhibitors on cell survival using dimensionality reduction and multivariate regression algorithms• Developed an in vitro disease model of the bone microenvironment which simulates the native disease state, causing castration resistant growth of prostate cancer cells
