Rachel joins the Elsy Studios team with more than 25 years of experience on commercial projects of all sizes. She brings a unique design viewpoint to the Elsy team, having spent significant time living and working abroad in Germany and Japan. This global perspective, along with her extensive experience managing all aspects of a commercial interiors project, has quickly made her a valuable asset to our client teams. Prior to joining Elsy Studios, Rachel served as president of RLG, Inc., where she provided project management and consultation, planning, proposals, production services, and bids for firms across the United States. She leverages this firsthand knowledge of business ownership to inform her client service and project management approaches. Rachel also spent time as a project coordinator at SSOE Group, as well as an interior designer for BOX Studios. Rachel received her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Colorado State University. She has also earned the National Council for Interior Design Qualification certification and a Construction Documents Technology certification from the Construction Specifications Institute. In her free time, Rachel enjoys engaging in philanthropic activities that support her community, as well as traveling and reading. What Inspires Rachel Professionally:I love the challenge of taking a project from the idea phase, where everything is ephemeral, and figuring out how to manifest those ideas and concepts into a physical space. I’m inspired every day by that process of putting together all the different elements of a project to create something remarkable.
