As COO I’m responsible for create and develop the products so anxiously expected by our clients that must be delivered with Três Arteiras way of quality and speed.I restructured all production and delivery process of Três Arteiras, implementing order control system and changing operational area procedures, including logistics.I changed the garment manufacturing area, creating an internal team and forming new partnerships, reducing costs and increasing competitiveness, making this area responsible for 35% of total revenue.I implemented a new process for cardboard manufacturing, increasing delivery reliability to 100% and reducing costs in 20%.I participate in a program that presented to our employees how important is to maintain quality whatever is the quantity or product that we´re delivering to our clientsI supported sales area, training employees on necessary technical skills to develop garment and cardboard quotations.Along with sales area, we multiplied the company revenue by 3 considering the year of 2013.

As Project and Process Director I was responsible for a US$ 7 million budget and company project, process and software development teams.I took part on innovative projects that leaded great operational impact like “Troca na Web” and “Melhorias do Risco” projects.I organized the company portfolio with the creation of committees for improvement approval and a status dashboard of demands that provided a better visibility to other areas over their requisitions.I build up the team and reviewed many process in my area with the creation of new roles, work concepts and delivery politics. As a Manager Partner I was responsible for product and projects portfolio of Coerente involving US$ 1 million annual contracts.I created alliances and partnership with other companies with the mission of increase the revenue and enlarge customer portfolio.I actively participated in presales opportunities always seeking technical solutions to our customer needs generating many contracts and projects.I developed highly innovative solutions like “Torre de Controle” System that achieved market needs.Relevant Projects:• Scopus Mobile Applications: development of a series of mobile solutions on Windows Mobile and Android platform with QT framework that allowed field technicians to electronic record offline their work.• “PDV Solução Certa” System: development of a POS solution in partnership with Grupo Solução, with official approval by over 12 state laws, made for integration to back-end software.• “Torre de Controle” System: development of a new enterprise in logistics that build a tracking vehicle system for integrated management.
