Development was done in the vendor’s proprietary language. The production team was responsible for the application environment, including all testing servers.● Major responsibilities included Enterprise Releases, writing monitoring/reporting scripts (Bash, Perl), maintaining/improving an executive-level production dashboard (Flex, Java, Oracle), and working with the vendor (DigitalRoute) to resolve critical application errors.● Daily tasks included supporting the ongoing development of Usage Broker, a rotating help-desk shift resolving any issues reported by external VZW teams to the ERG, as well as an on-call shift responsible for the application during off-hours.
