Human Resources Generalist
CurrentGeneralist -• Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.• Assist with various human resource administrative duties related to benefits, recruiting, record-keeping, and compliance.Talent Acquisition -• Collaborates with hiring managers to draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes, including but not limited to: collaborating with hiring managers to set up the applicant tracking system for efficient hiring, and editing and finalizing job postings for websites such as LinkedIn and Indeed.• Schedules interviews; assists with the interview process including preparing hiring managers before an interview, screening and selecting qualified applicants, and attending and conducting interviews as assigned.• Assists with the preparation for, participates in, and attends college job fairs and on campus recruiting events.Learning and Development - • Maintain the company’s learning management system (LMS) and applicant tracking system (ATS).• Develops and maintains training materials including but not limited to: orientation, product knowledge, basic job skills, and more.• Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials for various departments.• Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of assessments, and retraining requirements.
