Among many other projects, I have been fortunate for the opportunity to work with NY's utility, industry, and State stakeholders on key efforts such as: re-writing the NY Standard Interconnection Requirements (SIR) for solar PV and battery storage, developing increasingly complex and useful hosting capacity maps for DER, supporting Con Edison with its Climate Change Implementation Plan (CCIP), releasing and managing State R&D funding for innovative solutions that improve grid flexibility, like electric vehicle grid integration or V2G, and evaluating potential methodologies for implementing resilience metrics.
