Visual Information Assistant

Assists in preparing and developing artistically appealing creative and imaginative visual illustrations, developing a strong website presence, and provides print products for the purpose of promoting Force Support Squadron events and activities. Uses computer software such as Adobe Creative Design Suite, CS4 and above to develop and create a variety of media publications such as illustrations, charts, graphs, design layouts, posters, flyers, brochures, calendars, etc. Responsible for updating information continuously on web page and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. Additional responsibilities include conducting qualitative and quantitative market research including, but not limited to, surveys and focus groups by collecting data, tabulate responses, and analyzing results. Assists in coordinating and verifying details with applicable Force Support Services activity managers by using design expertise to manage delivery of materials on time and to the standards of the supervisor. Attends major FSS events and provides constructive marketing feedback to activity managers. Completed the redesign of the 436th Force Support Squadron's website.
