Provided local support to several high revenue flagship sites for Merlin Entertainments including The London Eye, Madame Tussauds London, and SEA LIFE London Aquarium. In addition to London, I also supported European attractions within the Merlin Entertainments brand. In February 2021 I undertook extra responsibilities in the networking area of the company. These include maintaining the global network infrastructure and assist the networking team with both project delivery and BAU tasks across the business. Examples of duties within my role:• Maintaining the NMS to ensure all the network is encapsulated and all outages are visible/recorded to minimise downtime, including documenting devices within our CMDB• Configuring switches (core, distribution & access) for new openings and various projects• Creating new Layer 2 and 3 VLANs for both internal and external users, including firewall configuration • Assisting with WLAN set up ranging from individual APs to multiple using a Wireless LAN Controller • Creating virtual firewall interfaces, policies, and rules for both guest and corporate traffic• Assisting with installation of switches, firewalls, and routers to various high-profile attractions, including remote 3rd line support • Enforcing high level of IT standards in user areas to ensure all standards are met• Continue to work with attractions to gain a greater in-depth understanding of their needs to then make a cost-effective solution• Build and develop customer relationships with Senior Management teams across both corporate and revenue generating sites• Support multiple revenue systems across the business, including a variety of card terminals & peripherals• Assisting with multiple projects, which have included installing Wi-Fi across multiple attractions, UK wide firewall upgrades, rolling out Skype for Business, and installing local internet breakouts across the UK Midway attractions

Working within a team on Bournemouth University's Durotriges Big Dig at Winterborne Kingston, our job was to create a visualisation of what the Iron Age village may have looked like. Using Autodesk Maya I created all the 3D models and textures for the visualisation whilst keeping all assets historically accurate and to a high quality yet keeping file size to a minimum.

Working alongside a Criminology Master's student our task was to create a simulation where players had to pick a spot to bury a body. Using UDK I created the scene which included 5 key locations (trees, a river, a rock formation, a car, and a field), and using UnrealScript to create a login page and to track the players movement to where they would bury the body. This was then logged within a text file where the data could then be extracted and analysed to see if there was any correlation between where a group of players picked to bury the body and the landmarks.
