As an experienced leader in professional membership associations, I have developed a diverse skill set across various roles including print production, operations, leadership, and IT management. I began my career as a typesetter and progressed to become Chief Operating Officer of a national nonprofit association, where I oversaw various departments including IT, finance, benefits administration, compliance, and event operations.Most recently, as COO of the American Society on Aging with more than 5000 members and a budget of 3.2M, I successfully oversaw the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all aspects of the organization were functioning smoothly. I led numerous initiatives to modernize and optimize IT infrastructure, streamline operations, and improve overall efficiency, as well as leading teams through periods of significant change and growth.
