I have more than 29 years, of which 21 years in the Middle-East with experiences in the field of Construction Contract and Commercial Management, Contracts Administration / Claims Management / Cost Management in various construction projects either representing for the Client, Consultants or Contractor, and practices the highest professional standards and ethical codes of conduct as mandated by my professional memberships.I am a Chartered from Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor, Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and Philippine Institute of Certified Quantity Surveyors. I completed training for Sound Contract Administration and Contract Administration Advance Courses have gained the award of Master of Science in Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University and contributing to the Technical and Professional Development of my constituents in the Philippine Institute of Certified Quantity Surveyors as Counsellor, Mentor for APC Candidates, APC Assessor and Presenter for Continuing Professional Development programs. It has been my passion to impart my knowledge and skills to others. I also completed training workshops for ‘A Practical Approach to Delay and Disruption Claims’ and ‘Effective Contract Management’.
