About Ralph Lucenti

I have a proficiency in skills in customer service dealing with technical support issues to where I use my passion and knowledge for problem solving and helping end users to be more productive. I've translated this passion and knowledge in my most recent work experience to helping the elderly to become more tech savvy and to reach their potential goals of living a more productive life. I do this with a hands-on approach to teaching with a broad range of up-to-date topics most relevant for today's needs. Working with the whole community of senior citizens, to bridge the technology gap, and to take the intimidation out of learning computers, smartphones, and tablet technology.While on this journey, I improved on some valuable soft skills that could translate to others in helping solve problems. I developed a 1:1 relationship with students through active listening and communication and getting feedback to better understand their areas of need to ultimately improve delivery of content. I've also gained more confidence in public speaking.
