Reginald began his career in architecture in 1998, drafting strip centers, drug stores, and big box retail. In 2002, he transitioned to residential architecture, designing luxury homes exceeding 10,000 square feet, multifamily residences, and planned unit developments across the Southeastern states of South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Finally, in 2007, Reginald transitioned to the “dark side” and entered the development arena with distinguished firms including Kahn Development (SC), Walt Disney World (FL), and a national multifamily merchant builder (FL).Over his career, Reginald’s responsibilities have encompassed the full life cycle of a deal beginning with site selection and acquisitions, establishing joint ventures, and progressing through preliminary site planning, proforma and cash flow modeling, managing budgets, entitlement approval, overseeing design and construction phases, and finally disposition of multiple asset types include single family, townhome, multifamily, and mixed-use. This has contributed to the delivery of over ten fee-simple townhome communities, 3,200 class 'A' market rate multifamily units, and 500,000 square feet of retail: a creation of over $1 billion in property value.Wallace Development Partners (WDP) is focused on boutique, in-fill, market rate multifamily communities in affluent communities with design, amenities, unit features, and spaces that drive rental growth and maximize returns for our investors and partners.
