Responsible for the beaker application training for the Clinical Pathology/Anatomic Pathology departments at GBMC utilizing the Epic EMR software. Prepare training materials by review and revision of modules and identified end-user needs. Work with team leads and super users to ensure efficiency on the floor during pre, during and post Go-Live . Analyzed and identified end-user training needs, workflow issues, and provide immediate feedback to Instructional Designers, Analyst and Epic Administration.
