• Responsible for 5-7 Projects at any given time for the duration of the construction process through commissioning endeavors with project values of $1M – 20M• Managed all energy construction projects reporting directly to executive management on a weekly basis reviewing all on-going projects expected budgets vs actual cost to date, timeline goals, safety issues, and customer/site construction problems• Worked with every Project Manager and General Superintendent on a daily basis assigned to divisional projects to ensure duties were being performed to company expectations and enough labor was allocated to the project• Responsible for construction budgets to be at or lower than pre-construction activity estimations

• Customer main point of contact for the duration of an assigned job covering and responsible for contract administration, safety compliance, and timeline goals being met• Responsible for meeting the assigned contract budget typically consisting of over 100-line items to track and update on a weekly basis• Consistently came in below 10% or more of expected costs on every project• Created and maintained Project Gantt Charts with input from the assigned General Superintendent and V.P.
