NYFF is a change movement to combat INACTIVITY and OBESITY in children. This 2 day festival event is created to level the playing field and show children that they do not have to be athletes to be active. NYFF showcases at least 18 sports, highlighting only the FUN aspects of each sport, and taking competitiveness out. Parents and children alike will enjoy the event because it is highly interactive, they can meet amateur and professional athletes, trainers, and coaches, learn about the latest trends in health, fitness, nutrition, injury prevention, and sports from guest speakers, enjoy entertainment, and healthy foods and the latest products. ​ NYFF began with a vision that if kids are shown different options and activities, their creative minds will put something together on their own.
