• Managed the Property Operations of over 20M of commercial office buildings

• Responsible for overseeing the company’s real estate assets of 17 million Sqft of industrial/flex space, 35 million Sqft. of Class A commercial and medical office buildings, 22 million Sqft. of retail centers, big box.
• Managed all elements of real estate property acquisition/disposition and lease negotiations; working with brokers, REOs, and 3rd party property management companies
• Conducted formal site inspections, before, during and after the site was acquired, including environmental audits, engineering reports and feasibility surveys, and all business/facilities related contracts and property.
• Hired, trained, and supervised 7 Financial Analysts, 6 site managers, 12 facility crew chiefs, 28 maintenance technicians and over 20 Accounting & Administrative staff
• Conducted regular visits to properties in each region to assess growth and areas of development
• Reviewed and approved all requests for purchases and annual contract services

• Developed entrepreneurial ecosystems, work experience builder (mentoring program), and CEO focus groups that improved the capacity and capabilities of business owners
