• Creates and Manages Facilities CAPEX / OPEX while seeking opportunities for CostSavings and Efficiency improvements that do not compromise safety and reliability.• Manages Facilities Projects (Electrical) such as equipment repair and installationensuring within on budget and on time with minimal impact to operations.• Develops and Implement Policies, Process, and Procedure to ensure efficient andeffective operation of facilities in line with applicable laws and policies.• Ensures compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards to maintain.

• Execute Corrective Maintenance Work Orders issued on a daily basis.• Assist Third-Party Personnel on their Preventive Maintenance Works or ProjectExecution.• Conduct Monthly Kwhr. Meter Reading for Company's and End-users' Kwhr meter.• Conduct Preventive Maintenance of Generator Sets and Power Rooms.
