In over twenty years, I have consulted and collaborated on a large number of term contracts and grown to include budgeting, project lifetime and team task management, and iterative software development to my large repertoire of tools. I have found a large number of companies experience the following short comings: minimal budgeting for IT on the hardware EOL track, and low appreciation for cutting administrative costs in the long run. In the past I've helped some companies realized these and worked hard to support those that request my help otherwise.Today, I run a budding agile software development firm creating solutions for businesses of all sizes.
