I’m a business leader that tries to improve the lives of those who use our product/service and those that support and build it. I try to make a positive difference in the relationships I build whether as CEO, Board Member, Mentor, or Employee. I’ve served as all. I especially enjoy building small software and/or services companies and/or departments that create tangible and intangible value. Successfully acquired OpenSalonPro while completing the integration of SuperSalon into Zenoti.• Successfully ran and sold SuperSalon to Zenoti after leading the business for 6 years as CEO, delivering a meaningful return to investors. - Doubled ARR within 4 years of acquisition while investing in best-in-class systems and people, while maintaining profitability quarter over qarter. - Acquired competitor, raised debt financing, and established numerous partnerships with organizations such as Google, ADP, Branch, among others to create financial value and increase market share. - Hired management teams to professionalize the processes and efforts to grow the business through functional disciplines.• Raised a search fund, Basswood Capital, and acquired Rogers Software Development (makers of SuperSalon) through a combination of debt and equity.• Spent 10+ years as an investment banker largely focused on financial restructuring and M&A before starting my entrepreneurial adventures.• Personally, I’ve traveled to 80+ countries and love playing/watching sports, and enjoy quality time with my wife and dog.
