- Led program activities for the Gallaudet Innovation & Entrepreneurship Institute to accelerate the University’s position as the global leader in bilingual innovation and entrepreneurship. - Directed the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive entrepreneurship education curriculum that includes access to resources, courses, workshops, pitch competitions, mentoring and networking opportunities. - Built relationships with a broad range of donors, foundations, corporations (Google), government partners and other stakeholders in order to build a community of support around Gallaudet’s aspiring student entrepreneurs.- Served as an advisor with University real estate-related activities including 6th street development efforts and a community hubs committee with the goal of enhancing the student-centric experience on campus.- Co-authored an intellectual property (IP) policy in concert with exploring tech transfer and faculty/department commercialization (monetization) efforts to generate additional revenue for the University.

- Responsible for managing and promoting operational situational awareness of innovative frontline services and technology products that advance FBI operations as well as mission critical discovery processes through the Enterprise Data Analytics Section within the IT Branch of FBI HQ.- Supervised a talented and agile-focused team tasked to improve and strengthen requirements intake and information sharing processes, link analysis capabilities, and discovery risk management practices for the program office.

- Co-created the FBI’s Digital Innovation Unit that helped accelerate tech adoption in the face of rapidly evolving threats. Brought in a diverse team responsible to streamline processes, enhance technology investment prioritization and knowledge sharing. • Senior budget officer for the FBI Criminal Investigative Division (CID) responsible for managing a multi-million dollar budget.• Architected and deployed a financial data warehousing and reporting solution that improved the traceability of multi-year budget allocations and report delivery capabilities. • Developed and led a budget formulation working group that provided ongoing fiscal training and improved collaboration between senior management, program representatives, and budget staff eliminating need for contractor support.

• Provided contract and procurement development support for Booz Allen Hamilton that resulted in new revenue through multi-year RFI/RFP/RFQ bid wins.• Successfully managed the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) National Protection Programs Directorate (NPPD) annual budget appropriation in excess of $1.8B dollars leading a team of 6 budget team staff members.• Led efforts in creating a collaborative and customized business intelligence dashboard and reporting environment for less than 25% the cost and time of utilizing a previous reporting platform within NPPD. • Developed a personnel cost projection tool with built-in API capabilities resulting in improved data integration, visualization, tracking, and forecasting of resources during a major hiring surge and workforce conversion effort.

• Responsible for the budget formulation and execution involving forecasting, variance analysis, and mark-up of the House budget valued in excess at $1B dollars for over 10,000 employees. • Identified ~$13M in cost efficiencies through estimate analysis in support of the Congressional Members managed allowance portfolio.• Successfully modernized the House Budget Submission System as the lead Product Manager working closely with beta users, software developers, engineers, trainers, and support contractors throughout project refresh lifecycle.
