About Ryan Maliszewski

Former FBI strategy executive turned entrepreneur, advisor, and motivational speaker with over 15 years of amazing combined years of private and public sector experience. Early Spring 2020, I left my role as Executive Director of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Gallaudet University to lead Mozzeria, a multi-location Neapolitan wood-fired pizzeria, in the middle of a global pandemic as a CEO leading up to my barrier-hacking management and design thinking consultancy focusing on helping small businesses with their organizational design and digital transformation needs as well as profitability growth strategy. I previously worked for the FBI as a "tugboat pilot" helping senior leadership navigate across challenging organizational terrain as an executive strategy & technology advisor for several years. After graduating from the University of Arizona , I began my career on the Hill working for an U.S. Senator before moving over to the House of Representatives as well as Booz Allen Hamilton prior to joining the FBI. I find joy in supporting entrepreneurship education, venture networking, motivational speaking (check out my 2021 TEDx talk @ University of Maryland), and growth mindset coaching helping others level-up their goals.
