Gained the experience to sell Busak+Shamban Seals, which is today known as Trelleborg Seals. Since then Sales and Marketing are main domain. By virtue of getting in to entrepreneurship in 2002, had to play role of all facets of business. The company formed named as "Ultra Precision Spindles Pvt Ltd". Had experience of signing JV with Setco of USA and then continued successful partnership since 2012, by the name Setco Spindles India Pvt Ltd. Expanded Indian operations out of Pune and also set up green field projects in Chennai and Manesar (Gurgaon). Authored Marathi book अ.........अभियंत्याचा narrating story of me as an employee to entrepreneur. I love to interact with buddy entrepreneurs on various problems that we face to build impactful business. Also would like to share structured format of growth driven enterprise which aim much bigger purpose than to simply making profit.
