The key to my success has been hard work, but reinvention is my core skill. I embrace change and look forward to learning new things each day. I follow a simple philosophy, which is self assess, modify and transition. A great example of this is when I returned to school to obtain a bachelors degree in Organizational Behavior and Change at New York University. My ability to manage a full time job and class schedule proved to be a success. Another example was setting a goal to transition into the Human Resources field.
