I follow a simple philosophy, which is self assess, modify and transition. A great example of this is when I returned to school to obtain a bachelors degree in Organizational Behavior and Change at New York University. My ability to manage a full time job and class schedule proved to be a success. Another example was setting a goal to transition into the Human Resources field. Applying my philosophy, I received an opportunity to transition and today I’m a Human Resources Manager. I seek opportunities, enjoy connecting with people, and always open to the next adventure.
