It Operations Manager
CurrentPerformed technical and systems administration tasks associated with voice communications, physical security, audio/video and other low-voltage systems. Responsible for the planning, architecture, budgeting, coordination, installation, operation, maintenance, technical support, and administration of municipal telecommunications (VoIP, cellular, radio), audio/video, physical security, public safety and low-voltage systems. Worked alongside the Police department in the acquisition and forensic analysis of audio/video as it pertained to legal matters. Supported the day-to-day operations of the IT department, requiring a broad working knowledge of information technology systems, security, and user administration. Worked independently and as part of a team.
