As a part of the S-Digital team, I develop and maintain digital products that are focused on giving cyclists the best possible riding experience. The digital products I have helped develop are polished software applications that utilize 3D motion capture tech, bluetooth devices, and other fitness technology to perform high-end bike fitting, cyclist product matching, and ride tracking.My priority while building products has always been focused on delivering the best experience for our customers. While developing our products, I logged customer feedback to prioritize bug fixes and new features with consistently accurate timelines for new development work. I also created high level user flows for key stakeholders including product owners, head of human performance, sales, marketing, backend developers, third-party UX firm, and tech support.During the development of our Retül Match product, I was involved in all aspects of the product lifecycle including: R&D, code design, architecture decisions, code development, UX/UI preferences, application testing, on ongoing updates and bug fixes. While designing the product, bike shop customers were always the top priority for creating a positive experience. Upon release of the product I conducted demos and engaged with prospective customers for the two-week-long Specialized Dealer Event, which contributed to the sale of 157 Match Tower units and $942,000 in revenue.Aside from product development, I have enjoyed assisting our team by managing the localization solution for 13 languages in our V7 Bike Fit application. I accomplished this by learning translationtechnology/tools, designing and implementing code, and managing the translation process ofinternational employees within Specialized and localization vendors. I also setup CI/CD and iOS certificate automation by configuring CircleCI and fastlane for three teams within the company and two external contracting teams.

While at Nordstrom I was a software engineer on the Nordstrom Credit/Canada Payments team. The team was responsible for the development of applications that transferred and settled customer transaction data. I used Behavior Driven Design with C# in order to correctly settle over 100 transaction scenarios that may occur during a customer related transaction. I also won the 2015 company-wide hackathon by developing gamification for the Nordstrom mobile app. The app was developed using F# for a business logic back end and ASP.Net/Javascript for the front end demo.

University Bicycles is a high-intensity, locally owned bike shop that stresses the importance of providing top-notch customer service. As a sales associate, it was my duty to learn the details of over 500 products in order to assist customers in the best way possible. I also helped to manage over 20 computer systems within the store. The skills that I gained and improved upon include; large attention to details, problem-solving quickly, high-quality customer service, and managing large computer systems.
