Current• Windows OS (installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting)• Network connection, VPN, hardware, and software (setup, installation, and troubleshooting)• Oriented in a ticketing system that uses help desk software to handle, manage, and track employee/customer issues from submission to resolution.• Manage Office365, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting).• Active Directory (account creation and group membership).• Deploying and configuring devices and equipment (desktop towers, laptops, all-in-ones, peripherals, etc.).• Handphones and softphones (setup, installation, and troubleshooting)• Applications (account creation, setting, and troubleshooting)
