Managed day-to-day operations for 4 corporate fitness centers in the San Diego area as well as operational support for 8 satellite facilities across the SD/OC/LA areas. In addition to day-to-day operations, I provided technical support to all staff and clients for our HR/Scheduling/Class software, organized company files in the cloud (administered the transfer from Dropbox to OneDrive), and worked with upper-management on larger company operations such as facility data, marketing, event/fitness challenge planning, quarterly staff meetings, and setting KPIs for staff. For each location, I created operational manuals that covered everything from opening/closing protocols to account passwords to music systems. Programmed training for 1-on-1 coaching and group exercise classes of up to 20 people.

Worked with clients of various capabilities to assess their fitness programs and through building relationships and coaching progress themselves towards their goals.

Provided administrative support to owner. Created a Human Resources Handbook template and report samples to be used as product marketing materials. Created SOP & "how-to" guides for software and technology (Formstack, data gathering & formatting, presentation tools). Researched and facilitated 3 office relocations.
