RMax Technologies assists clients in the development of winning teams and corporate strategies to rapidly accelerate technologies to warfighters and government customers, and also provides full military and government program management, systems development support and associated public relations.Smith served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Expeditionary Warfare) from January 2007 to August 2009, and as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Littoral and Mine Warfare), from June 2003 to January 2007.
