His services include the valuation and analysis of operating companies, family limited partnership interests, financial reporting valuations and corporate finance engagements. These projects have ranged from small family owned businesses to large, multi-national companies.Marty has consulted in a wide variety of industries, including: Software, biotechnology, healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, distribution, retail, consulting/professional services, online gaming, financial services, and investment holding companies. Marty is an active member of numerous trade groups including, the American Society of Appraisers, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Colorado CFA Society. Marty recently received the coveted ABAR designation from the Institute of Business Appraisers. Marty has presented to numerous industry trade groups and accounting firms on valuation issues related to estate and gift taxes, financial reporting, and owner succession planning. Prior to establishing RMBV, Marty was a director at Quist Valuation in Broomfield Colorado.
