Able to perform all functions In the absence of the primary support technician.Primary administrator of the file server hardware monitoring system which collects detailed information from file servers including; network connectivity, status of hard drives, memory and processors. The system displays current status and alerts technical staff to failed or failing components.Assists with the administrator of the Enterprise Backup System Able to perform all functions In the absence of the primary support technician.
